Opening DICOM Files
If you have a DICOM viewer installed on your workstation it is very simple to open DICOM files. Once DICOM images have been downloaded (See Here), they can be opened simply by browsing to the location that the files were saved under and simply double clicking the file to open it.
You may have to associate .dcm files with your viewer in order for them to open upon double click. Normally this will be done when your viewing software is installed.
RadiAnt Viewer Notes
To open multiple images in RadiAnt, e.g a CT or MRI, you will need to launch the RadiAnt application and then select Open DICOM Folder ( CTRL + SHIFT + O ) and browse to the location of your saved images. This will scan the folder and open all image files within it rather than opening a single slice, which is what happens when you simply single click on a single DICOM file.
